Zusammenfassung:Patients & methods: we herby report the case of two EOPC schizophrenic patients: a 47 years old diabetic, smoker man, come to our attention for weight loss and obstructive jaundice in which a CT scan showed a 3 cm apparently resettable lesion of the uncinate process and a 50 years old diabetic man come to our attention for clinically significant weight loss and in which a CT scan showed a 3 cm pancreatic tail's resettable lesion.
