Zusammenfassung: | The analysis of the literature on organizational change reported five explanatory process of change (planned process, political process, interpretive process, incremental process and complex process). The change is marked by different characteristics under the various explanatory process of change. This result can be explained by the existence of factors that influenced the change. Among the most important factors is the communication. This research is to study the relationship between communication and explanatory process of change. To this end, a qualitative study by longitudinal case study is conducted in Basic Bank, the leader of the Tunisian market bank. The process of change induced by the project Prowess 24 in this bank was divided into three phases: phase of launching change, phase of its implementation and its consolidation phase. The results show that the communication influence the explanatory process of change induced by Prowess 24. However, the extent of this influence varies according to the phases of change analyzed. |
