ChemInform Abstract: Green Synthesis and Pharmacological Screening of Polyhydroquinoline Derivatives Bearing a Fluorinated 5-Aryloxypyrazole Nucleus

A series of novel hydroquinoline derivatives (IV) is synthesized under ultrasonic irradiation by a one‐pot three‐component cyclocondensation reaction of pyrazole carbaldehydes (II) with malononitrile and various enehydrazino ketones (I) in the presence of piperidine as a basic catalyst.
