Zusammenfassung:This paper attempts to enhance limited Knowledge about firm's innovation and technological activities (I&T) in Tunisian mandatory accounting information. Using exploratory factorial analysis, we propose and implement a new instrument composed of 30 items providing a rich description of Tunisian innovation efforts and technological choices. It contains six axes among which three deals with innovation process while the others are interested in the technological structure.
