Zusammenfassung: | Social networks have become impossible to circumvent when looking for a job. Internet is mainly used by GenYers when they are looking for their first job and throughout their career. Social networks would optimize chances of success in getting a first job. We demonstrate the interdependence between two variables: generation Y network and emotional competences. Emotional intelligence refers to the adaptive capacities other than purely cognitive. The person being able to demonstrate emotional intelligence has successfully developed four sets of skills, namely the identification of the emotions, the use of the emotions, the comprehension of the emotions and the adjustment of the emotions. |
