Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:In October 2012, he presented a new episode of thoracic pain without elevation of troponins and no remarkable electrocardographic changes, being diagnosed of stable angor pectoris, with an ejection fraction of 66% in ecography and 55% in single photon emission computerized tomography scan, with little myocardic hypoperfusion in low heart (cara inferior). In these 2 cases, spinal anesthesia with 7-mg hypobaric bupivacaine plus 36 [micro]g fentanyl administered in lateral position provided adequate spinal anesthesia level for total-HA without any deleterious hemodynamic effects.
