TCTAP C-036 Combinative Application of Different Methods for Heavily Calcified Coronary Lesion in Trans-Radial Percutaneous Coronary Intervention: Rotational Atherectomy, Buddy-Wire Cutting, and ‘Child-in-Mother’ Technique

Several attempts of rotational atherectomy resulted in blood pressure drop below 80/50 mm Hg. To achieve the best final result, we performed buddy wire cutting technique using high pressure 2.0x20 mm semi-compliant balloon inflation (mini Trek, Abbott),followed by high pressure 2.0x9 mm non-compliant balloon inflation (Quantum,Boston Sc).
