La gestion cultural como eje de integracion comunitaria

This article shows the results of research on how art and cultural services become vehicles of communication and expression in the construction of spaces of citizenship and social inclusion. This was done through a process of cultural management that implemented workshops in artistic creation with the community in the sector of Usaqun in the city of Bogot, creating settings where the problems of exclusion and inequality were addressed and leading to reections about the link between art and politics.
