El nuevo derecho a la seguridad social del Acto Legislativo 01 de 2005 en Colombia: un caso especifico de antinomia y contradiccion al interior del Bloque de Constitucionalidad

The constitutional modications introduced by the amendment 01 of 2005 have produced a hard antinomy inside the constitutional block. On the one hand, the right to social security has been narrowed and, on the other hand, a human right to social security is warranted by international conventions. This tension is reected in the contradictory interpretations of national judges and international authorities of control.
