How should we use calcineurin inhibitors in myasthenia gravis?

Calcineurin inhibitors are approved for the treatment of myasthenia gravis in J apan. U tsugisawa et al. described the use of calcineurin inhibitors and outcomes of myasthenia gravis in Japan using the data of a multicenter survey. According to the result, they argue that calcineurin inhibitors should be given more aggressively to late‐onset myasthenia gravis patients and early‐stage disease.
