PARADOXICAL LOW FLOW-LOW GRADIENT SEVERE AORTIC STENOSIS: A CLINICAL ENTITY OR A SCIENTIFIC ARTIFACT

Surprisingly, despite the severe low flow state among some of the study populations (including those with expected normal flow state), blood pressures and heart rates were within the normal ranges and no cases of cardiogenic shock or severe hemodynamic inestability were reported to be present.
