Zusammenfassung:Prebeta-1 HDL levels were measured in fasting plasma by immunofixation of agarose gel electrophoretograms (6% intra and inter-assay coefficient of variation) using goat anti-apoAI antiserum Results: After 6 weeks of treatment, we observed the expected reductions of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) (mean LDL-C baseline 184.4 +- 68 vs 107 +- 37 mg/dl on statin, p< 0.001).
