ChemInform Abstract: Gold-Catalyzed 1,2-Iminonitronation of Electron-Deficient Alkynes with Nitrosoarenes to Afford [alpha]-Imidoyl Nitrones

A gold-catalyzed 1,2-iminonitronation of propiolate derivatives with nitrosoarenes is reported to give [alpha]-imidoyl nitrones (III) and (VI) in good yields.
