Zusammenfassung: | This paper presents a number of noticeable effects of the implementation of certain managerial measures which aim to improve the functioning of the military organization in the Land Forces Academy. The paper begins by outlining the general framework of the organizational change in the military higher education institution. These changes have been started by the management team through some decisions that are specific to the knowledge-based organization. The paper continues with an overview of the effects that occurred at an educational level, due to the promotion of the "student-centred education" paradigm. By emphasising the consequences of these changes on the learning process, as well as on its actors, it is intended not only to disseminate some positive experiences, but to not omit few emerged difficulties, whose solutions are still a challenge for educators. |
