Marfan syndrome, pregnancy and peripartum state, drug abuse, anatomical abnormalities of the coronary arteries and several autoimmune disorders. Since with only an electrocardiographic evaluation, thrombolytic therapy could have been given despite the absence of complete occlusive thrombus.
