Front Cover: A simple method for the production of high porosity interconnected macroporous hydrogels using only gelatin‐graft‐poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) as emulsifier and structural component in inverse high internal phase emulsion templates without the need of external surfactants is presented. These macroporous hydrogels exhibit dual temperature sensitivity, allowing them to be stable over a wide temperature range and to support cell cultures.
