On the effectiveness of perturbations in the class of linear Hamiltonian systems

We show that the set of all limit values of arbitrary exponents of solutions under uniformly small perturbations of the coefficients of a linear Hamiltonian system coincides with the similar set for uniformly small Hamiltonian perturbations of the same system.
