Zusammenfassung: | Restructuring and change are underway in many companies. However, the outcome of change processes is not always a success. One risky consequence of restructuring lies in effects on the well-being of the people involved. This article examines factors for an increased feeling of stress and exhaustion of "change managers", using a sample of 133 interviews with executives. Implications for health prevention are discussed. |
