Search terms were ("fatty acids, omega-3" or "eicosapentaenoic acid"[MeSH/tiab] or "docosahexaenoic acids"[MeSH/tiab] or "fish oils" or "omega-3" or "n-3" or "long chain n-3" or "fish oil") and ("atrial fibrillation"[MeSH/tiab]) and ("clinical trial"[MeSH/tiab] or "cardiac surgical procedures"[MeSH/tiab]).
