The visual acuities after ICG-assisted ILM peeling in our case series were much worse than those of Dr. Haritoglou and co-workers,1 Dr. Gass and co-workers,2 and Dr. Sheidow and co-workers.3 Several factors are responsible for the poor postoperative visual acuities in our series.
