ChemInform Abstract: Excellent Electrochemical Performance of Tin Monosulfide (SnS) as a Sodium-Ion Battery Anode

SnS nanorods are synthesized from mixtures of SnCl2 dissolved in acetone and aqueous triethanolamine, thioacetamide, and ammonia solutions (room temperature, 16 h) followed by annealing the obtained precipitate at 500 °C for 5 h under N2 atmosphere.
