Meanwhile the impact was analyzed from respondents' assessment concerning the impact on economic development, social, cultural and environmental. This research used two types of data namely primary data and secondary data. The data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data were then tabulated and analyzed in quantitative analysis with SPSS program to draw a conclusion.
