Zusammenfassung:Methods Cytotoxic effects of the organic extract of PM2.5 on HUVECs were measured by means of HUVEC cell viability and the generation of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) and malondialdehyde (MDA) after stimulation with PM2.5 and HSYA for the indicated concontration, Expression of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) and Nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) and Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 (Keap1) were investigated by RT-PCR and Western blotting assays and Nrf2 translocation was assayed.
