DIRECTORS' DIALOGUE

On Jun 6, 2014, Sonia Ellison welcomed board members and thanked those who had supported her during this past year as OAME's president. In 2014-2015, Sonia will take on the role as Past President, while Lynda and Fred Ferneyhough will continue as Executive Directors. OAME's President will be Paul Alves, with Tim Sibbald as President-Elect and Bill Otto and Judy Mendaglio as Vice-Presidents. Directors with one more year in their mandate include Kyla Kadlec, Pat Kehoe, Sandra Jean Price, Frank DiPietro, William Lundy, and Jane Silva. Directors with two-year terms are Jill Lazarus and Lori Schuyler, while Jung Choi-Perkins and Anne Yeager will serve as directors for three more years. On Jun 7, 2014, board members continued working on OAME's annual conference for 2015. Just before lunch, the general meeting of the board of directors began. After the agenda and minutes from February's board meeting were approved, Lynda Ferneyhough reported on OAME's finances.
