ChemInform Abstract: The Efficient Method for the Preparation of Alkenylsilanes from Organoaluminums

The reaction of alkynes with trimethylaluminum or iBu2AlH gives 1‐alkenylaluminum intermediates which are readily trapped by sulfonic acid silyl esters to produce vinyl silanes in good yields.
