Control of Solid-state Circularly Polarized Luminescence of Binaphthyl Organic Fluorophores through Environmental Changes

The signs of solid‐state circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) of axially chiral binaphthyl organic fluorophores were successfully controlled by changing the environment of their solid‐state matrices from a poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) film‐dispersed state to a KBr pellet‐dispersed state. I sa...

Zusammenfassung:The signs of solid‐state circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) of axially chiral binaphthyl organic fluorophores were successfully controlled by changing the environment of their solid‐state matrices from a poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) film‐dispersed state to a KBr pellet‐dispersed state. I saw the sign: The signs of solid‐state circularly polarized luminescence (CPL) of axially chiral binaphthyl organic fluorophores can be controlled by changing the environment. Switching the solid‐state matrices from a poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) film‐dispersed state to a KBr pellet‐dispersed state reverses the CPL sign.
