Etanol Content Of "without Alcohol" Drinks

The present study try to do an analysis of the content of ethanol among the drinks called as "Without alcohol" in which and according to the Spanish legislation can arrive at having an alcoholic´s content lower thant 1% vol. Starting whit few preliminary studies, and the information that productives give to consumers to stablish the real content for photometer absorbency (enzymetest) and realice the appropiate comparison, whit the studies done and the values done for enterprises that trade with the differents drinks. After a picking up the samples of diferents drinks "without" we realice an analysis, which a part of giving the real content, allow to consider his use in alcoholic patients rehabilitates or in treatment with prohibitions. Anyway we try to have a truthful information to advise or dissuade his consumption to the alcoholics in treatment or later of it.
