Zusammenfassung:We have been measuring hand hygiene (HH) compliance in an emergency unit in our hospital and showed overall increase over a year (reported in APIC2013). However, the improvement of compliance differed according to each moment. Specifically, the compilance in moment 2 (before aseptic tasks) and moment 3 (after body fluid exposure risk) did not show improvement despite repeated educational program.
