ChemInform Abstract: Sugar Amide-Pyrrolidine Catalyst for the Asymmetric Michael Addition of Ketones to Nitroolefins

Novel furano sugar‐amide derivatives are developed and used as catalyst for the asymmetric aldol condensation of cyclic ketones and acetone with nitrostyrenes.
