Zusammenfassung:In a double-blind placebo-controlled trial, 553 healthy infants with at least single positive heredity for atopy were treated daily from week 5 until the end of month 7 by oral route with bacterial lysate (Pro-Symbioflor) containing heat-killed gram-negative E. coli and grampositive Enterococcus faecalis (1.5-4.5 x 107 bacteria/ml).
