Pretreatment With Omalizumab Permits Rapid Oral Desensitization For Cow's Milk Allergy

The objective of this study was to determine whether treatment with omalizumab (anti-IgE monoclonal antibody) would reduce the rate of allergic reactions and allow rapid and successful oral desensitization in patients with severe milk allergy.
