Validation of the Consortium of Food Allergy Research (COFAR) Food Allergy Educational Program (FAEP): One Year Follow-Up

Parents with a child having a previous diagnosis of food allergy, prescribed an epinephrine autoinjector, but without prior evaluation at a specialty center (n=60) were exposed to an educational program and completed a one-year follow-up visit by telephone (n=20) or in-person (n=32).
