Zusammenfassung: | Initial studies aimed to the development of alternatives to control roots and collar rot of passion fruit, by evaluation in laboratory conditions of the antagonistic effect of Trichoderma spp. to Fusarium solani, and the chemicals effects of pesticides on the mycelial growth and of Trichoderma and F. solani. Three species of Trichoderma were used: T. longibrachiatum, T. harzianum e T. viride, and three isolates of F. solani collected in different regions. The pesticides tested were quaternary ammonium, azoxystrobin, copper phosphite, potassium phosphite, mancozeb, pencycuron and thiophanate methyl at concentrations of 0, 1, 10, 100, 500 and 1000ppm, to evaluate the inhibition of mycelial growth of F. solani. To evaluate the inhibition of mycelial growth of the Trichoderma species funguicides were used at concentratios of 0, 10, 100 and 1000ppm. The percentages of inhibition by Trichoderma on the F. solani isolates were: 42.7-49.4% for T. longibrachiatum, 49.5-64.9% for T. harzianum and 51.9-69.8% for T. viride. |
