Zusammenfassung: | This study aims to contribute to the existing literature on identity by focusing on story telling, which has not receieved enough attention in mathematics education literature. Based on this theoretical framework, this qualitative explanatory case study aims to explore the potential usefulness of Kegan's theory in investigating identity through story telling. With this aim, the paper examines a prospective mathematics teacher's (Cansu) professional identity by interpreting her stories and how identity is constructed through those stories. |
