Zusammenfassung:	An analysis of existing data on the specific electrical resistance of carbon materials and on methods used to study the phenomenon is presented. A plant for the measurement of the specific electrical resistance of granular carbon materials with granulometric composition from 0 to 20 mm in the interval 20 – 1000°C is developed. Data on the specific electrical resistance of a single-component charge with different physical and fractional compositions are obtained.
