Zusammenfassung: | Governance is the act of creating and using a framework to align, organize, and execute activities in a collectively coherent and intelligible manner in order to meet goals A portfolio is a collection of projects (temporary endeavors undertaken to create a unique product, service, or result) and/or programs (a group of related projects managed in a coordinated way to obtain benefits and control not available from managing them individually) and other work that are grouped together to facilitate the effective management of that work to meet strategic business objectives. A program is a group of related projects managed in a coordinated way to obtain benefits and control not available from managing them individually. Projects, within programs or portfolios, are a means of achieving organizational goals and objectives, often in the context of a strategic plan. In order to meet that goal it is very important the prioritisation of projects, an activity which is realised at the portfolio level. |
