Zusammenfassung: | Ab initio study is reported on the electronic and magnetic properties of high‐pressure‐synthesized compounds M GaSb and M Ga2Sb2 (M = Mn, Cr). Based on comparison of obtained results, we discuss trends in the properties of these systems under change of 3d constituent. It is shown that CrGa2Sb2 stands out among the other compounds due to peculiarities of its electronic structure, which lead to very low and anisotropic conductivity.
