(x = 0.0, 0.03, 0.05 and 0.10)] were studied. The dielectric constant was observed to decrease when frequency was increased from 20 Hz to 1 MHz and increased with the increase in temperature from 313 to 773 K. An interesting correlation between the antiferromagnetic Neel temperature (T
N
