ChemInform Abstract: Catalytic, Enantioselective 1,3-Dipolar Cycloadditions of Nitrile Imines with Methyleneindolinones

The title reaction in the presence of a catalyst generated in situ from Mg(NT2)2 and an aminoindanol‐derived chiral bisoxaline ligand affords spiro compounds (III) and (VI) in good yields and high enantioselectivities.
