O risco na perspectiva ambiental/sanitária e as políticas públicas

This article purports to examine the interfaces of environmental law and health law, i.e. its axis of relationship and communication: the risk. For this observation, it will take into account the intrinsic characteristics of this society: their own risk and complexity. Moreover, it appears necessary to investigate how the risk appears and how it is seen in health law, in order to elucidate their interfaces between the goods health and environment.
