Zusammenfassung:Discussion: The present results showed that AMPH produced significant increases in striatal D1 radioligand [3H]SCH 23390 and [11C]NNC 112 binding in vivo. Since AMPH induces D1 receptor internalization, these results are consistent with our previous finding that NMDA blockade-induced D1 internalization resulted an increased D1 in vivo binding in rodent brain (1).
