Zusammenfassung: | The aim of this study is to compare and test the performance of a Bayesian approach with respect to a simplified linear estimation method in order to identify and distinguish differences between diverse types of dementia. While in brain area with low enzyme activity RLS and MAP performances are very similar, in areas with moderate and moderate-to-high enzyme expression only MAP method shows reliable and significant differences in the thalamus that are in good agreement with published data [3]. |
