Zusammenfassung:Introduction Black widow spiders (BWS-Latrodectus tredecimguttatus) are poisonous spiders endemic in Turkey. The patient initial vital signs were blood pressure of 140/90 mmHg; heart rate of 110 beats/minute; respiratory rate of 20 breath/ minute; temperature of 37°C. Her initial physical examination was reported as normal except some red spots on her right arm (Picture 1).
