PP-342 Pulmonary Thromboembolism Diagnosed by Transthoracic Echocardiography in an Ulcerative Colitis Patient with Compound Heterozygous MTHFR C677T / MTHFR A1298C Mutations

Pulmonary computed tomographic angiography showed thromboembolic densities in both right (occluding the 80% of lumen) and left pulmonary arteries and segmental arteries. Because of stable hemodynamic parameters, a continuous intravenous heparin infusion was started.
