Positive ANA 4+, antiDNA 4+, P ANCA 4+, anticardiolipin Ab Negative .She developed encephalopathy with confusion, seizures, and lung disease.Methylprednisolone was given, cyclosporin and cyclophosphamide later because of CNS severely compromised.
