Fungal Antigens From Alternaria Induce Cytokine Production by Human Nasal Fibroblasts

The cells were stimulated by Alternaria or TNF-α for 5 hr, and then total RNA was extracted from the cells to examine the gene expression levels of cytokines and chemokines (IL-8, GM-CSF, MCP-1, eotaxin and RANTES).
