Association Between Family Structure, Parental Smoking, Friends Smoking and Smoking Habits in Asthmatic Adolescents

Data show that live with non-intact families (odds ratio [OR] = 1.56; confidence interval [CI] del 95%, 1.21-2.00), parental smoking (OR = 2.16; CI 95%, 1.47-3.18), and friends smoking (OR = 5.05; CI 95, 3.36-7.60) were associated with smoking habits.
