Intranasal Ketorolac for Desensitization in Patients with Aspirin Exacerbated Respiratory Disease

Conclusions Combined intranasal ketorolac challenge/desensitization of the nasal membranes, followed by rapid oral ASA challenges appears to be effective, safe and less time consuming (1½ days) compared to the standard 3 day oral aspirin desensitization protocol.
