Remission of Congenital Nephrotic Syndrome from Diffuse Mesangial Sclerosis with IVIG Therapy

IVIG, used until definitive treatment of kidney transplantation could be performed, appears to have altered the natural course of renal disease in three patients with congenital nephrotic syndrome with diffuse mesangial sclerosis.
