Splenocytes and eosinophils from mice transplanted with IL-5 transgenic bone marrow cells expressing either FIP1L1/PDGFRα (CEL-like) or p210-BCR/ABL (chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML)-like) and EGFP, or EGFP alone (control) were prepared.
